1. Donations

All donations made to our NGO are non-refundable. Once a donation is received, it is immediately put to use for our charitable purposes.

2. Wrong Transaction or Duplicate Donation

If you made a mistake or a duplicate donation due to technical error, please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction at:

3. Cancellation

You cannot cancel a donation once it is processed. However, you may choose to stop recurring donations anytime by contacting us.
